Powering Sustainable Sugar Production
From the heart of Western Kenya, Sukari Industries Limited grows, mills, and delivers high-quality sugar while building real prosperity for the thousands of farmers and families who call this region home.
Three commitments at the centre of everything
Every part of Sukari Industries Limited is shaped by three core commitments: producing excellent sugar, empowering the farmers who supply our cane, and being a genuine force for good in the communities where we operate.
Quality you can taste
Under the Ndhiwa Sukari brand, we produce refined white sugar that meets KEBS certification standards. Available in 1 kg, 2 kg, and 50 kg packs, trusted by households, businesses, and food manufacturers across the region.

See How We OperatePeople at the heart
From rehabilitating rural roads and funding student scholarships to constructing health facilities and training farmers, our community investment is not a footnote in our annual report. It is part of how we do business every day.
Our Community ImpactWhen farmers thrive, we all do
Sugarcane farming is not just an industry input for us. It is the livelihood of more than 60,000 people across Homa Bay, Migori, Kisii, and Narok counties. Our 180 field extension officers work alongside outgrower farmers every season, providing agronomic advice, input support, land preparation assistance, and timely technical training.
We have disbursed more than Ksh 28 billion to farmers over the past nine years, and we have helped develop more than 50,000 hectares of land under cane.
Farmers' Voice"A productive farmer is not just a supply chain asset. They are a partner, a neighbour, and a beneficiary of everything we are building together."
